The Chef is serving up a TROPICAL CEVICHE to take you away from this chilly climate. This well known dish infuses tuna with avocado, mango, quinoa, red oninns and english cucumbers, housed within a sauce of soy, worcestershire and huichol (native of Nayarit and made from naturally organic dried cascabel peppers) then topped with fried leeks. Come and get your taste of the tropicals.
